The year 2010 marked 30 years since I left school. So I started catching up with and photographing some people I was at school with. I ran out of time in 2010 and so will start chasing up more people this year and next. So it may be less about 30 years and more about approaching 50 ...who needs to be reminded?

This projuect may be as much about social nextworking. The prevalence of resources such as Facebook has made it easy to catch up with our past. Of course we may wonder why we bother once we do catch up. Maybe it is just 'because we can' or maybe it helps us to know where we ARE if we know where we've come from. Maybe it is a collective-remembering; the past is easily forgotten so if we all pool our knowledge it will be kept alive.
